Steps to Close Your Ouinex Account
Step 1: Log in to Your Ouinex Account
Sign in using your credentials.
Step 2: Go to Settings
Click on the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
Step 3: Open Security Settings
Select Settings, then navigate to the Security section.
Step 4: Deactivate Your Account
Click on Deactivate Your Account.
Step 5: Confirm Deletion
Provide additional confirmation (2FA code if enabled) and click on Delete your account.
What Happens to My Funds if I Delete My Account?
Before deleting your account, you must withdraw all funds.
Can I Reactivate My Account After Deleting It?
No. Once deleted, your account cannot be reactivated. You will need to create a new account using a different email address.
