How to recover my account if I lose access or lose 2FA on Ouinex?

Loss of Account Access (Forgot Password)
Step 1: Go to the Ouinex Website
Visit https://ouinex.com/en.
Step 2: Click on Log In
Select Log In at the top right corner.
Step 3: Select Forgot Your Password
Click on the link next to Forgot your password?
Step 4: Enter Your Email
Type in your email address and click Send Code.
Step 5: Enter the Reset Code and New Password
Check your email for the reset code, enter it along with your new password, then click Submit.
Your password has now been successfully reset.
Loss of 2FA Access
Contact Ouinex customer support via live chat or email at support@ouinex.com.
Our support team will generate a reset link and send it to your registered email.
Click on the link and follow the instructions to disable 2FA.
