How to Verify My Identity (KYC) on Ouinex?

Step 1: Log in to Your Ouinex Account

Access your account using your credentials.

Step 2: Open Settings

Click on the Settings icon at the top right corner of your dashboard.

Step 3: Go to Verification

Select the Verification section.

Here, you can choose your preferred language.

Step 4: Review Legal Documents

Click Continue, then read and confirm the legal documents before clicking Continue again.

Step 5: Fill in Your Personal Information

Enter the required details:

  Email
  
  
  
   
  
• 
  Date of birth
  
  
  
   
  
• 
  Country
  
  
  
   
  
•

Then click Continue.

Step 6: Begin Verification

You’ll need to:

  Provide an identity document
  
  
  
   
  
• 
  Complete a live check
  
  
  
   
  
• 
  Answer a few questions
  
  
  
   
  

You can accelerate the process using Sumsub ID (optional).

Click Start Verification.

Step 7: Choose Your Identification Document

You can provide:

• 
  Driving licence
  
  
  
   
  
• 
  ID card
  
  
  
   
  
• 
  Residence permit
  
  
  
   
  
• 
  Passport
  
  
  
   
  

For this example, select ID Card.

Get your document ready and click Continue.

Step 8: Scan Your Document

The system will use your webcam.

If your computer camera is low quality, click Continue on Phone to switch to your mobile.

Follow the instructions carefully until your document is fully scanned.

Step 9: Complete the Face Scan

Follow the on-screen instructions:

  Stand in front of a clear, plain background

• 
  Remove glasses, hats, masks
  
  
  
   
  

Complete the process until validated.

Step 10: Answer the Required Questions

You will need to provide:

• 
  The origin of your funds
  
  
  
   
  
• 
  Your source of wealth

Check the box confirming the accuracy of your information, then click Continue.

Step 11: Verification Review

Your information is now being reviewed.

The process may take several days depending on volume and the details provided.

If your country is not yet supported for KYC, you will not be able to complete verification for now, it should be available within a few weeks.
