How to Make a Withdrawal
Step 1: Log in to Your Ouinex Account
Access your account using your credentials.
Step 2: Open the Wallet
Click on the Wallet option.
Step 3: Go to the Withdrawal Section
Select Withdrawal, choose the token you want to withdraw, enter the amount, paste the beneficiary’s address, review the withdrawal fees, and click Send.
What Are the Withdrawal Fees?
Withdrawal fees depend on the token and the network used for the transaction.

- Bank card: Up to 48 hours
- Bank transfer: Up to 48 hours

How Can I Check if My Withdrawal Was Successful?
Step 1: Log in to Your Ouinex Account
Sign in to your account.
Step 2: Open the Wallet
Click on the Wallet option.
Step 3: Check Transaction History
In the transaction history, you can see the status of your current or previous withdrawals (Pending, Failed, Successful).
