Why did I receive a “deposit rejected” notification?

Imagine that flyer was placed there by someone trying to figure out where you live, who your neighbours are, and how often you check your mail.

That’s an analogy of how a “dust attack” works on blockchain.

So, what is “dust” in a dust attack?

By the way, you don’t need to do anything to get dusted. Just having an active wallet address can make you dust attacked. It’s entirely passive; it's like on-chain spam.

Why did it reach my Ouinex account?
