The Fed Is the Key This Week: So, What Do We Do? Get Moving and LEVEL UP
It's not about predicting. It's about adapting.
It's 6 a.m. this Monday. I’ve been up since 4. Why? Because my goals are clear. Because every day, I move forward, step by step. And because to perform in an environment as demanding as the markets, you have to be ahead. Not just of others, but especially of yourself.
Markets: don’t confuse euphoria with clarity
The markets are holding steady. In the US, records are still being set:
SP500 above 6520
Nasdaq: polarity at 15,300
Dow Jones: 35,007
Green cap remains on.
But behind these numbers, it’s not euphoria. It’s resilience. And it all depends on one thing: Jerome Powell’s speech this week. The rate cut? It’s not a question of "if" anymore, but of “how much.”
In Europe, it’s more mixed.
The DAX remains under pressure below 15,850. I remain a seller as long as this resistance holds.
Cryptos: no “alt season”, but stock picking
Gone are the 2021 dreams where “everything” went up. The market has matured. Now, you have to pick your battles.
I’ve allocated capital to Ether, Aave, and SUI. Why? Because these are strong, clear, coherent projects. I don’t believe in a full-blown alt-season. I believe in selective movements, driven by active management.
Some projects will lag behind
Others will explode
The point isn’t to be right about everything, but to know where to invest your energy
Active management: between discipline and humility
The goal isn’t to make 40 trades a week
It’s to spot 2 or 3 opportunities
And to stick to your plan
Yes, I’ve been wrong sometimes
Yes, I’ve underestimated the impact of some figures (like inflation last week)
But I’d rather be wrong while respecting my process than act at random
Process > Results. Always.
Mindset: stop chasing euphoria
Every morning, some people turn on their screens, check if it’s green or red, and let that color dictate their mood. Bad strategy.
First, you need to understand the underlying trend
⏱ Then, accept that things take time
It’s not a sprint. It’s a marathon
I don’t pay attention to other people's opinions today
A negative comment? It isn't mine
This kind of little inner work is worth more than a winning trade.
Goals: simple, concrete, achievable
I set myself three micro daily goals
Not to change the world
But to stay aligned
Read 30 pages a day
Run 6 or 7 km
Unplug from screens for 45 minutes
And you? What are your 3 goals this week?
A message to send? A project to relaunch? A moment for yourself?
Don’t put it off until tomorrow. Do it.
To remember
It's not the market noise that influences me. It's the clarity of my intentions.
Strength and honor.
See you tomorrow morning.
