Set to open in place of Hill Country BBQ in Washington, D.C., the bar accepts cryptocurrency exclusively for all payments no cash, no cards, just digital.
Founded in 2022, Pubkey quickly became a hotspot for crypto enthusiasts, traders, and web3 developers looking to network offline. Now, its expansion into the political heart of America signals something deeper: crypto isn’t just digital anymore; it’s social, cultural, and increasingly, political.
The D.C. location is expected to open later this spring, offering curated cocktails, crypto meetups, and blockchain-themed events.
